Happy Holidays!

Today we collected 140.8 pounds of kitchen scraps. This is far more than expected considering a lot of our households were away! Hopefully we will have a lot of kitchen scraps next week considering many households will probably be cooking for the holidays! We are steadily approaching 7 cubic yards of saved landfill space. Considering we recently added a new household, we are hoping that the average amount of kitchen scraps that we pick up per week increases. As always, thank you so much to all the households for reducing the amount of plastic they put in their bins, chopping their fruits and vegetables up, and doing what they can to make our lives easier. An even bigger thank you to our amazing households who drop off their kitchen scraps week in and week out, we really appreciate it! Happy Holidays!
