Pickup 12/12

Today we collected 117.6 pounds of kitchen scraps. Unfortunately we did not collect as much as we thought we would but hopefully we will collect more in the coming weeks due to the holidays! We are currently using two piles but unfortunately one of them is not as hot as we would like, so we will work on heating that pile up in the coming days. As always, a huge thank you to those who drop off!!! This week, almost all of the households dropped off, you all are amazing! It truly makes such a difference. Just a quick reminder, please do not put cardboard in if it has any tape/labels on it. Removing labels is a lot harder during the winter because our hands are so cold!!! Some exciting news, we may have another family joining the project!! Thank you all!
