Over 5,000lbs of kitchen scraps diverted from landfills!

Every week we seem to hit a new landmark!  Today we went over 5,000lbs of kitchen scraps diverted from landfills.  This morning Sebastien collected 145.8lbs of kitchen scraps, taking the total collected since October to 5,053.1lbs, or the weight of a small aircraft!   We have two piles of curing compost and two bins which are work in progress.  We took the temperature of the working bins and both are active!
